Design & Requirement Discussion

You can share your design files, reference images, or initial ideas. We review the product’s intended use, size, and construction, confirm a workable approach, and offer practical suggestions to move the project forward.

Sampling & Sample Approval

We first make a trial sample and share photos or videos for review. After details are confirmed, we produce an official sample and can ship it to you for final approval and production reference.

Bulk Production

Once the sample is approved, the project moves into bulk production. Manufacturing follows the confirmed specifications, with clear process control and quality checks to keep bulk output aligned with the approved sample.

We manufacture a full range of custom plush products, including plush animals, character plush, teddy bears, mascots, mascot costumes, plush keychains, pillows, bags, dolls, weighted plush, claw machine plush, graduation plush, and promotional plush merchandise. Projects can start from a finished design, a reference image, or an early-stage concept — our in-house team handles pattern-making, sampling, and bulk production end to end.

MOQ depends on the product type, size, and complexity. For most standard custom plush toys, we work from 300–500 pieces per design. Smaller items such as keychains and pendants can start lower, while large mascots and complex multi-part products may begin at 100 pieces. We confirm a workable MOQ during the quotation stage based on your specific project.

Sampling follows a clear four-step flow: design and spec confirmation, pattern-making and trial sample, photo and video review, and a physical sample shipped for final approval. A standard sample takes 7–10 business days after design details are confirmed. We include up to 3 rounds of revision to ensure the sample meets your expectations before bulk production begins.

Custom plush pricing depends on size, fabric, structural complexity, decoration method, accessories, order quantity, and packaging. As a rough reference, a 20–30 cm plush toy in standard fabric with embroidered features typically falls between $2–$8 per piece at bulk quantities. We provide a detailed itemized quote after reviewing your design and target volume.

Our plush toys are produced to meet international safety standards including EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 (US), and CPSIA. We also support CE, AS/NZS 8124 (Australia/New Zealand), GB 6675 (China), and ST2002 (Japan) based on your target market. All testing is conducted by accredited third-party laboratories such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek, with reports issued per production batch.

Yes, we support both OEM and ODM. For OEM projects, we manufacture to your finished design files or tech pack with precise specification control. For ODM projects, we assist with concept development, design optimization, pattern engineering, and material selection. Most clients fall between the two — bringing a design idea that our team refines into a production-ready product.

A typical project takes 35–55 days total: 7–10 business days for sampling, plus 25–35 days for bulk production after sample approval. Lead time varies with order size, product complexity, and seasonal demand. We confirm a written production schedule before order confirmation and provide regular progress updates throughout manufacturing.

Your design and IP belong to you. We sign NDAs before any project on request, store your patterns and tech files securely for future reorders, and never reproduce or share your designs with third parties. All approved samples and production records are kept under your project file for confidential reuse only when you place a reorder.
